Yup, that’s right! Mead has new things for it’s library of things! If you aren’t familiar with Mead’s Experience Collection, this is a collection of non-traditional library items. It includes free entry passes for a variety of locations, STEM kits, baking pans, games, ukulele’s, and so much more! This is one of those things you wish you had while walking down the beach to see if you find any treasure.  If you’ve wanted one, but just haven’t convinced yourself to get one yet, try out Mead’s Metal Detector!

Hamilton Wood Type and Printing Museum Pass

One of our newest Experience Passes is for the Hamilton Wood Type and Printing Museum. Take a walk through time and learn about printing and how it has grown. You will get to see the printing process from traditional wood type printing and the amazing products that can be created. You can also venture through their gallery of traditionally printed posters. End at the Hamilton Dry Goods store and take a peek at what products and prints are for sale (often created by the museum staff themselves!)

This museum is located in Two Rivers, and with this pass you will get access for one family (guardians & kids) and 10% off at the Hamilton Dry Goods Store.

All items listed above are a 7 day check out and can be picked up and returned at the customer service desk at Mead Public Library. No requests can be made on any of these items. They are first come, first serve.
